Most people don’t hate food. They hate the effort it takes to keep up with eating, and to do it a healthy amount if times a day (whatever that is) and to eat healthy and smile about it. I was there for a long time.
This page isn’t her to you into a chef, although its hard not to get good and have fun once you learn.
I want to help you to not stand in your kitchen, overwhelmed, hungry, and over it. And if you were like me, you had to feed other people too, including a small child.
